Industrial Minerals Glass Beads are packaged in double lined bags and transported in a humidity controlled environment to ensure that they arrive in a dry, free flow, clump free, condition.
It takes compressed air as the power to form a high-speed jet to shot glass
beads on surface of work-piece that causes surface and shape changes on
appearance of the work-piece. Due to glass beads’ impact effect on work-piece
surface, the surface of work-piece get certain cleanliness and different
roughness.
It improves the mechanical properties of surface so as to enhance
fatigue-resistance of work-piece.
